Travel | Mexico City | Day 2

Our adventures continued and got even better (this was my favorite day). We woke up and headed out for pastries + coffee at Panadería Rosetta (in Juarez) before going to what was my favorite part of our whole trip - Coyoacán. This is one of the most charming places we've visited -- the combination of history, museums, markets and buildings made this so beautiful and something not to be missed! We combined some of our own research with the self-guided Nat Geo walking tour, making for the best time. We could have spent all day here (and wish we had!) We ended our time in Coyoacán and San Angel with a stop at the San Angel Inn for a superb margarita (their grounds and gardens... so pretty). We then hopped a cab and headed back up North for a late lunch at Romita Comedor (stunning tiles everywhere), an afternoon coffee pick-me-up at Abarrotes Delirio and a walk to Hotel Condesa df to enjoy an insanely delicious mezcal mojito on their killer rooftop bar. All our exploring required a little bit of r&r yet again. Before we knew it, it was time to head out, this time to Xaman Bar. Down an alley, you'll see the address on a stairwell and a staircase that leads to doors reading "emergency exit" - enter here and you'll find a hidden cocktail oasis. We had to enjoy a few cocktails here before our dinner at Rosetta (sister restaurant of Panadería). Wish this day didn't have to end!
