Savannah, GA

Before Hunt & Cari's wedding at Palmetto Bluff (SC), the whole Louis crew headed down to celebrate the week before in Savannah, GA. Between Garden & Gun and Goop, we were well prepared to hit the best of the best. This was the perfect place to explore and have as Grey's first trip! E, G and I ventured down the Saturday before the wedding and started the week off right -- breakfasts at Collins Quarter (where we ended up going almost every morning for their spiced lavender lattes, vietnamese coffee, and espresso vanilla shakes), dinner at The Grey, a visit to Wormsloe Historic Site, lunch + cocktails at The Wyld, and lots in between! I was amazed at how well our little peanut did and how she quickly adapted -- sleeping on the plane, in between pillows on a bed at the hotel, the Brice, in her stroller while on the go.

On Sunday evening, H+C, A+S arrived and we went to The Florence for dinner. So exciting to have the bride and groom in town! Monday we spent anxiously awaiting the Schaumburgs -- we grabbed breakfast at our favorite, walked through Forsyth Park, and hung by the pool for G's first pool dip (Louis' weren't made for hot weather!) That night Tommy got into town and we had dinner in the hotel at Pacci. This really felt like the kick off to wedding week!

Our next couple days were spent exploring the Georgia State Railroad Museum, the Children's Museum, another trip to The Wyld because E and I loved it so much, lots of walks, lots of pool time, and an amazing dinner at Cotton & Rye. Savannah, you're a-ok in our book!!
