Persimmon salad: pomegranate, blue cheese, pistachios & quince vinaigrette
Cauliflower gratin: spinach, breadcrumbs & truffle
Dry-aged duck breast: cornbread-chorizo dressing & fried sage
Farm chicken: half chicken with summer sausage & frites

The review: Real Try it Tuesday's are back! We started it off right -- this place was great! No surprise there, as it's in the same family as Avec & Blackbird. A German-influenced spot in the West Loop with a lengthy menu meant for sharing. Would love to go back here on a weekend night, as the drink menu looked awesome. Definitely would be a good place for groups -- they have cool booths along the walls and large communal tables throughout.
