Klug farm pear salad, endive, haricot vert, farm greens, stilton, port syrup, walnut vinaigrette
Maple braised pork shank, potato pie, bacon, apple sauce, baby fennel, maple gastrique
Wild boar sloppy joe, crispy sage, onion, pickled jalapeno, brioche, beef fat fries

The review: Eat. Drink. Sleep. I could live here. TiT #60 was a HUGE hit -- already looking forward to our next trip back here (and to try out brunch)! The atmosphere is simply perfect -- just the way we like it. It's the kind of place where you can't decide what to have because everything sounds so good. Our food was just as good as it sounded and we're dying to get back and try out more dishes. Pretzel + welsh rarebit takes me back to childhood and seeing it on a menu makes me smile :) A must every time we go.
